The Conuma River Hatchery, located near Tahsis, on the west coast of Vancouver Island, at the head of the Tlupana inlet, releases millions of salmon yearly into Nootka Sound.

While you can visit any time, the busiest times are during adult capture and egg-take processes in September to October, and juvenile rearing and release from March to June.
